00:19Speaking at the grand opening, Vishnu Maharaj, CEO of Premier Restaurants Holdings Ltd.,
00:24says the restaurant wasn't initially planned to be an Applebee's and IHOP, but nonetheless, it's the realization of a dream.
00:32Having these two brands together, it's like an impossible dream come true.
00:39That's actually a reality.
00:41And it's a dream project for me, so that's what makes it more passionate.
00:45I went for a top restaurant 35 years ago, and I didn't get it, and I closed the chapter.
00:51And then the chapter reopened itself 35 years later.
00:54You know, it was not the restaurant of my first choice, but I can certainly tell you it's the best
01:01restaurant anyone can now wish for.
01:04Maharaj hopes his passion passes on to staff and the way the joint restaurants are run.
