00:08On Wednesday, the company launched MasterCard WalletPay,
00:11a global suite designed to connect digital wallets across borders, platforms, and payment methods.
00:17The service supports contactless, QR code, and online payments,
00:22along with transfers across more than 200 countries and territories and 150 currencies.
00:27MasterCard is working with Alipay+, Cred, Mercado Pago, MTN, and others as digital wallet adoption grows worldwide.
00:36More than 4.3 billion people currently use digital wallets, with usage expected to surpass 6 billion by 2030.
00:44MasterCard shares rose 0.17% to $568.49 in pre-market trading,
00:51while the stock remained above its 50-day and 200-day moving averages.
