00:00Every time you put the capo on wrong, you are going to pull the guitar out of tune.
00:05And so if you're using one of these type capos, I have lots of different capos,
00:10but I use this on stage a lot because not only do I put it on,
00:15but I take it off in the middle of a song sometimes, you know.
00:18For instance, if I'm playing Here Comes the Sun and I'm up here.
00:37Right? I've taken the capo off and done a key change.
00:41So let me show you now, like when you put a capo on, the best way to do it,
00:48you also need to know that this has a spring in it and it's going to push down on the
00:54strings a little bit.
00:55Right? So the best way that you can get as accurate as possible is put the guitar on an angle.
01:01Don't put it on when it's like that. You see that?
01:05You're going to pull it out of tune for sure.
01:07So you put the guitar on an angle like that.
01:10You look down at the fret where you want to put it, squeeze it.
01:14You drop it on and you'll feel it sit kind of flat.
01:20Now, take your right hand and with your palm just push down like that on the strings.
01:28And there it is.
