00:09so by default a video file has both the audio and video file in it but if you
00:15want to separate it out then you can easily do so by using lossless cut and
00:19to do that you have to go to file and then you have to go to extract all
00:23streams once you do that what happens is that it says all streams have been
00:27extracted as separate files as you can see right here and once you click so it
00:33will open up this new window right here and you can see that the video and the
00:38audio has been extracted as two separate files now so what you can do is you can
00:43drag this in and open this out so now this new video file is the one without
00:49audio at all but if you want to just work out with the audio then you can see
00:53that there's an m4a audio right here so I can open this out and this is just the
01:00audio portion so in this video I don't really have any audio so it is not
01:04showing up anything else but that is how you can separate audio and video of any
01:09of the video that you might have right there and that is how you can use
