00:34and you've got to take that cushion of sand that the ball sat on and almost try and throw it

00:39flag. Okay. Okay the only way you're going to do that is by lowering yourself into the sand. So
00:44give I want to see a disco dance let's have a little shimmy a little bit of twisting and shouting
00:48lovely. Look how much lower we are and also we're much more stable. Right. So the other thing that I
00:54want you to do is think about the bit of sand you want to hit first. We're so preoccupied about
00:59this
00:59golf ball doing the right thing that we forget to hit the bit of sand we want to hit. So

01:04going to open your face just a smidgen and we're going to hover behind the sand there. That's where
01:10you're trying to hit. Okay. Okay. And you've got to get all of this lovely sand after the ball. So
01:14sometimes imagining I mean look how much stands after the ball there. Yeah. You tend to come behind
01:19and scoop it and try and help it out. So the way that we're going to make sure that you
01:23do this
01:24properly is not by taking the club around us like this. We're going to give it thumbs up to bunkers
