पंढरपूर कॉरिडॉरसाठी 3993 कोटींचा आराखडा मंजूर; 15 दिवसांत भूसंपादनाची प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार

पंढरपूर : पंढरपूरच्या बहुचर्चित कॉरिडॉरसाठी राज्य शासनाने जून महिन्यात तब्बल 3993 कोटी रुपयांच्या आराखड्याला मंजुरी दिली आहे. या प्रकल्पामुळं बाधित होणाऱ्या निवासी, व्यावसायिक मालमत्ताधारक तसेच भाडेकरूंसाठी 201 कोटी रुपयांचे पुनर्वसन धोरणही या आराखड्यात मंजूर करण्यात आले आहे. कॉरिडॉरच्या प्रकल्पामुळं सुमारे 450 निवासी मालमत्ता, 400 व्यावसायिक मालमत्ता आणि जवळपास 225 भाडेकरू बाधित होण्याची शक्यता आहे. पुढील काही दिवसांत यासंदर्भातील अधिसूचना प्रसिद्ध होण्याची शक्यता असून त्यानंतर भूसंपादनाची प्रक्रिया सुरू होणार आहे. भूसंपादनासाठी साधारण 6 ते 8 महिन्यांचा कालावधी अपेक्षित आहे. या प्रकल्पासाठी सुमारे 64 हजार चौरस मीटर क्षेत्र बाधित होणार असून, त्यापैकी सुमारे 50 हजार चौरस मीटर शासकीय जमीन असल्याची माहिती देण्यात आली आहे.&nbsp;
