Sometimes the simplest solution is also the most delicate.
In the clip, a man picks up a swan in his arms and releases it into the water.
“I was walking home from work for the first time when I came across a swan. Not many people stopped. I was concerned and intrigued, so I took a video. Soon, a crowd began to form. A man, not pictured, started asking who he should call. I tried contacting a swan rescue company but had no luck, while he called 999 emergency services, which proved to be unhelpful. Another man came over, the one seen in the video, and asked me what was happening. I explained the situation, and he went to buy water to pour over the swan. He then asked if he should pick it up. I said, 'You can if you feel okay to,' and he bravely lifted the swan and placed it back into the lake,” the filmer, Samantha, told WooGlobe.
The moment lands as a quiet, practical response from a stranger. With the swan back on the water, the scene settles as quickly as it began.
