00:06I was very pleased with that first half. They've got some dangerous players that
00:11looked like they were starting to get going and we were able to take wickets
00:14at crucial stages and restrict them to 140 odd. We felt like at
00:20halfway the wickets started to skid on but you know every task is tough when
00:25you've got the skill set and dominance of Sanandarayan and Usman Tariq. They're
00:29classy bowlers. They've been doing it around the world for a long time.
00:37What was the difference tonight? Getting through wickets in the power play. That was brilliant for us as a
00:42bowling group. I felt like even before that I felt like the batters, the senior
00:47players did absorb pressure a lot. We wasn't focusing too much on the scorecard.
00:52Wasn't too reckless to be honest. We just felt like we had to get partnership there
00:56with Monaz and myself there. In senior, I felt like we did all the hard work and then
01:00we just gives it away there in the end. That's the story of the tournament for us
01:04as a batting group. From the bowling, King for a reason, Sol9 showing his
01:09greatness tonight. We asked him to deliver one of his MLC performances for us and
01:14that's exactly what he did. He's the greatest T20 bowler we've ever seen and
01:18tonight. He proved himself once more, but he didn't have to. For us, personally, we're all disappointed.
01:28Otherwise, we're disappointed. We're still optimistic. Certain results will go in our
01:32favour, but that's not in our control. For us, we're just really happy to come out and
01:36try to represent this brand as much as we can and represent the people of Toronto and
01:40Tobago. We know we disappointed them a lot. We just want to come out and just try to put
01:44some smiles on their face. Who knows? Cricket is a funny game, T20. A couple games can go
01:49in our favour and it can be in our hands at the end of the day coming to Guyana. We're
01:53also a very dangerous team when we go into Guyana. We have a lot of dangerous players as
01:57well. We're not out of the tournament by any means yet. The guys are really optimistic.
02:02Let's just see how it goes.
