00:00And oh yeah, by the way, Tom, they got a new owner. Have you heard? And all that guy does
00:04is win championships with everything he touches. No wonder why Mike Trout sounds so excited about
00:10the future. Maybe for the first time in his entire career in an Angels uniform.
00:16Yeah. The thing with the Angels is it's absolutely a good decision. It's a great thing for their
00:23fans. It's not going to happen overnight. And frankly, the Angels are going to be terrible
00:29next year. They are. They're going to be the same team they were this year. It's going
00:33to take a couple of years for them to get rolling. But the thing that Stan Kroenke does
00:37is that he's an owner, but he's hands off. He's not Jerry Jones. He's not the one making
00:41decisions. He's won with the Nuggets. He won with the Avs. When he turned things over and
00:46he has the Avs, it's like Joe Sackick is the GM and president of hockey operation. He
00:51runs the show for the Avs. He puts the piece together. Stan Kroenke writes the checks. And
00:56that's what he should be doing. Getting a good group of people to run the front off
00:59is for the Angels. And he steps back and is not involved in any capacity. I think the
01:03Angels, they're looking to get a new stadium. I think things will turn around. It's going
01:07to take a couple of years, though. But this is a good thing for their fans who have been
01:10tortured for years.
01:15Yeah. Winners are winners, right? And we've seen, I mean, this guy, and it's not just one
01:20sport. The guy's winning Arsenal. He's winning the Premier League Championships. He's got
01:25NBA, NHL, NFL. Listen, Stan Kroenke is a lot of things. And I know people in St. Louis can't
01:33stand them because he just hightailed it out. But the guy, anytime he gets involved in a sports
01:40team, it feels like the sports team gets it done.
