00:25It's interesting to see what the Dodgers are doing,
00:29and this is a point where, listen, if you took the under on the Dodgers team
00:33total wins this season, which was 103, if I remember correctly,
00:39somewhere around there, you were looking in a good spot,
00:42and this is what everyone was worried about.
00:43They have a 10-game lead come September 1st,
00:46and they just take their foot off the gas, but more than that,
00:49the Dodgers have looked pretty mediocre for a month at this point.
00:53They have just been super, super average, and yeah,
00:55it's the benefit that they had a 15-game lead or whatever it was.
00:58They can kind of just put things on cruise control, but more importantly,
01:01Freddie Freeman, the power, has not been there.
01:03He had his first home run two nights ago, three nights ago,
01:05whenever it was, the first home run he had since July 4th.
01:08Otani's still with his bicep issue that has caused him to have a setback on the mound,
01:12which I don't think he's going to resume throwing at any point,
01:14which means he's probably not going to be pitching in the postseason,
01:16and now he's still dealing with that, which has caused him to come out of the lineup
01:19for now two nights in a row.
01:20So, if there's any time to continue to fade the Dodgers,
01:24I think it's really coming down to the close of the season.
01:26Take as much plus money as you can get and stop laying these heavy prices,
01:30especially when they're facing hungry teams like the Cardinals, who are in it.
01:33I'm not saying you should take a plus 300 price every time they play the Rockies,
01:36but a competent team that's in the wild card hunt like the Cardinals,
01:40there was a reasonable estimation to just take them in multiple games this past week.
01:45Yeah, I mean, you know, Snell on the mound, like, it's just,
01:49have we not learned with the Dodgers that this is how you burn through your bankroll
01:53by expecting them to win?
01:55This is not the same Dodgers team that has won the last two.
01:59And don't forget, they barely won it last year.

02:08but I'm worried about the Dodgers if Otani don't hit.
