00:13Freedom Fuel's Detroit station is selling Michigan's cheapest gas at $3.47 per gallon,
00:19and is the network's first location outside Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
00:24Mansfield Oil alleges KRSM obtained more than 1.1 million gallons of fuel between May and July,
00:31and failed to pay about $4 million.
00:34Mansfield says some of that fuel was sold to Freedom Fuel stations.
00:38The supplier also alleges KRSM violated an AG-28 court order requiring $2.75 million to remain
00:46in an M&T bank account, which it says is now underfunded by about $2.25 million.
00:51Freedom Fuel is not a defendant.
00:54CNBC requested comment on the court filings from attorneys for KRSM, Syed Kazmi, Mansfield Oil,
01:01and Freedom Fuel Network.
01:02KRSM attorney Mauro Tucci said the company disputes the allegations and characterized the case as
01:07an accounting dispute over fuel invoices.
