01:18the highly coordination and of the government services, and they all need to work and take at the same time
01:26and advance together, now in Palestine, there is a special case, all this, you can think about it,
01:34but as well, you need to think of the other challenges, you know, political situation,
01:39the geopolitical fragmentation, physical challenges, and as well, the limitation of resources and infrastructure.
