04:48you know the club came through the ranks uh south zone um so credit for miss adeem for doing it

04:54the right way and building teams from goal and to come against defense force who actually is
04:59his champions in this tournament in a different format obviously but um together they've won the league
05:07for the past two years i mean running away uh we gave them a bit of a run last season

05:13know credit to them a very good unit very professional outfit despite their inexperience
05:18as debutants in the conca calf caribbean cup club sandu are just a point short of advancing out of
05:23group play yet eve is taking things one step at a time as they continue to improve we're just taking

06:47those behind the scenes that made sacrifices for the team here's more having won the cwi rising stars
06:54women's under 19 championship last month trinidad and tobago's cricketers were honored by the ttcb on
07:00tuesday afternoon a luncheon was held at the offices in balmain at which some members of the cricket
07:07fraternity spoke about their achievements tnt women's cricket association technical director
07:12anne brown john lauded the team for being undefeated in antigua i must start by saying how very proud
07:19we are of these ladies i am even more proud when i stand here and look at them today how
07:28resplendent they look i'm always you know around the caribbean we are always told that trinidad and
07:35tobago is considered the most disciplined team juniors and seniors i saw it in this tournament ttcb
07:45president as ambassador was extremely delighted with the girls who won six from six and he had an
07:51important message for the players despite the fact that they were still very young i just want to advise
07:57you that although you are under 19 there are players there are people who are watching you and who are
08:06trying to emulate you so i expect that you will go about yourselves in a very dignified manner after today
08:13and for the rest of your life of course but you must be the one setting examples because other younger
08:22cricketers who are 12 13 years they are watching you and they are they want to be just like you
08:29captain samara ramnath could not be left out she was named most valuable player of the tournament
08:36plus the tournament's most outstanding bowler with 16 wickets
08:39this achievement wouldn't have been possible without the support of the guidance of the technical
08:45staff coaches our parents and everyone who stood behind us throughout this tournament we truly
08:52appreciate it today we can proudly say that the hard work sacrifices and belief were worth it we started
08:59this journey as a team we finished it as champions and that is something we can all be proud of
