01:30I really believe that, that the communication, it just wasn't lockstep from top down.
01:37And I don't know if it's because they weren't on the same page
01:42or if they were just, okay, from a scouting department,
01:45we're going to go and go get the best group of guys that we feel,
01:49and we're going to give them to the head coach rather than the collaborative effort
01:53of, you know, ownership to GM, to scouting, to coaching,
01:58that this is all of us, not just on draft day in the room.
