00:00How did Putin agree or committed to not attacking a NATO territory?
00:05I've had good talks with him. He's not going to be attacking a NATO territory.
00:09Mr. President, the Supreme Court earlier this week ruled on mail-in ballots.
00:15And there are states like North Carolina that have ballots that go out next week.
00:19How are states supposed to implement this in time?
00:22North Carolina is great. It's a great place. I won it all three times.
00:27They do some mail-in ballots, but basically they ruled on the legitimacy
00:33and the way we want to make them legitimate.
00:35And it was a great ruling for the Republicans.
00:40Why do you keep voting by mail, sir, if you say it's a concern?
00:43...deliver a warning to Russia not to attack NATO territory during his...
00:47Well, I don't want to comment on that, but they're not going to attack.
00:50Mr. President, what's your reaction to the Americans missing in Nepal?
00:57Oh, it's terrible. No, and we've called Nepal, and we've offered any help that they need.
01:03You know, we have a very good relationship with Nepal, and that was a brutal...
01:08That wasn't just... That was mud and water as a mixture.
01:11Nobody's ever seen anything quite like that.
01:13We're very powerful, strong, you know, strong, well-built buildings
01:18were wiped out like they were toothpicks. That's a terrible thing.
01:21No, we are sending aid, and we've spoken to the leadership, and we let them know.
01:28Anything they want, we'll have. And there were 50, maybe 60 Americans over there.
01:33We haven't gotten the full list yet, but hopefully they're okay.
01:37But that looked pretty... That looked like something that people will not be...
01:40Somebody will be lost, unfortunately.
01:44There is reports that Vladimir Putin is meeting with the President of Iran
01:49to talk about a nuclear agreement next week.
01:52Is there concern in the administration, in the White House...
01:55...that these countries are taking economic D-Day seriously?
01:59That they're going to continue doing business with Iran despite the warnings?
02:04Well, Iran is right now, they're not paying their troops.
02:06They're in deep trouble.
02:08They have very little capacity.
02:12Last night, we took 24 boats through the Strait.
02:15We're taking them through all the time.
02:16They say it very openly.
02:18It doesn't mean we're finished with the military, but we are...
02:21The Strait is open, as you know.
02:24The Strait of Hormuz is open.
02:26We have control, and we have the blockade.
02:29Iran's not getting anything.
02:31Nothing is going through.
02:32Not one ship has gotten through.
02:33But will you punish Putin or Russia if they continue to do business with Iran?
02:36It depends.
02:37So far, I think Russia's behaved quite well having to do with the Strait of Hormuz.
02:43And you have to understand, for everything they do, we do also.
02:46You know, somebody was saying about China.
02:48What about China?
02:48We hear they're spying.
02:50We spy on them too.
02:52That's the way it goes.
02:53Why not sanction Chinese banks, though, who are doing business with Iran?
02:56Well, who said I'm not?
02:58You said, why not?
02:59I mean, who said I'm not?
03:00The President didn't announce it.
03:01You don't know if I'm doing it.
03:02Well, I don't have to announce everything, do I?
03:06What are you speaking to, sir, about what other leaders have you spoken to about this pressure
03:11campaign to get them to cut off ties with Iran?
03:13About Iran?
03:17There's not a lot to speak to.
03:18We don't want to speak to them.
03:19We're not looking to meet or anything.
03:21The Strait is open.
03:22We're taking a lot of boats.
03:24Millions and millions of barrels of oil are coming out of the Strait every day.
03:29Other countries recognize that.
03:32Every once in a while they shoot some, you know, they put some shots at it.
03:36You know, we totally cleared the Strait of, we have the best minesweepers in the world.
03:40They're underwater minesweepers.
03:42And we've totally cleared the Strait of mines.
03:44And we're watching very closely through Space Force, which is one of my things, one of my many things.
03:50But we're watching.
03:51We see every inch of the Strait.
03:52And any boat goes in with a mine.
03:54We see it.
03:55And we take it out.
03:56We've taken out two of them.
03:59So I'll be going to Texas.
04:01And we're working very hard.
04:03We want to win that race.
04:04He's running against a man who should never be.
04:07We have a very good candidate, Ken Paxton.
04:10And he's running against Telefrico, they call him, because he is a little freaky.
04:16And that's not a man that represents the value of Texas.
04:19So I'm going to help Ken Paxton.
04:23And I'm going to spend a lot of time in Texas.
04:25I have the all-time highest vote in the history of Texas also.
04:28And I'm going to spend some time there.
04:31We'll be going tonight.
