00:01so you went from of course being in one of the biggest duos in country music history to having
00:06this really successful solo career of your own so when you look at the tyler hubbard career right now
00:12what feels the most different from the guy who was making fgl records
00:18oh man let's see that was over a decade ago so i'd probably just say hopefully i've grown up a
00:25little bit i do have three kids now and i'm living for uh some different you know i'm not
00:30living for myself anymore and so uh at least fully and so it's been uh yeah you know it's i'm
00:36in a
00:36beautiful place in life i got a lot of you know a great family and things to uh to be
00:42grateful for
00:42and not that i didn't back then as well but it was definitely a different time i was fresh out
00:46of
00:46college and or a few years out of college with with nothing to lose and trying to figure life out
00:52and
00:52trying to figure out where i was going and what i was doing and and just really all about having
00:56a
00:56good time and and it led me to doing something that i love and i still am that guy i
01:01love to have a good
01:01time and love to play music um but yeah life is a bit more balanced at this point and a
01:06little bit
01:07more meaningful as well do you think you had to go through those fgl years to become the artist you
01:12are
01:12now absolutely yeah and i wouldn't change a thing i mean some of those years were so pivotal and
01:20growing up and and learning life and uh becoming who i am so yeah what an incredible journey that was
01:26and you know that that journey changed my life and so i'm excited for uh i'm always grateful for
01:32for those years and excited for what's to come
