20:51So, I stopped this car, big old Buick, and recognized the driver immediately as a retired

21:05it to me anyway, and I obviously recognized him, and I said, you're going too fast, sir.

21:13I said, sir, after all the memories that you gave me from 1984, I would never write you
21:19a ticket.
21:20So, the following week, I'm in the same spot, same Buick goes by, same speed.
21:25I stopped him again, same guy.
21:27And I said, he said, you're going to give me a ticket this time, weren't you?
21:30I said, absolutely not.
21:33I am not going to give you a ticket, and I didn't.
21:35And then I never saw him again after that.
