00:08So one piece of advice, which is incredibly important for a young professional, is to
00:12broaden your expertise. So for example, within Seagr there are the 16 study committees, so
00:17it gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge, your expertise and knowledge share
00:22from key experts in that field. Also if you're not familiar with certain areas, Seagr gives
00:27you the opportunity to branch out and get more familiar with different areas and new technologies
00:32being deployed. Another key piece of advice, which was shared with me when I joined industry,
00:37was to broaden your network. So when I joined the industry back in 2019 with my company Airgrid,
00:43the Irish TSO, I was strongly encouraged to participate in Seagr, to broaden my network.
00:50And that meant that to learn from others, create a network of young professionals and even senior
00:56professionals to learn from. So within NGN, we have a community of over 45 countries internationally,
01:03and that's a fantastic enabler for young professionals to tap into and learn from others. So really
01:09encourage any young professional to get involved with NGN and Seagr as there's fantastic enablers
01:14and levers to manage your career and broaden your network, which you'll see the fruits of
01:20it in over the coming years.
