We’ve got our hands on the Gunther Werks F26, and we’re putting it up against some incredible supercars!
The Gunther Werks F26 is based on a Porsche 993, and it’s powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo flat-six that delivers an incredible 1,067hp and 1,017Nm! This power is sent to the rear wheels only via a 6-speed manual, and its carbon-fibre body means it weighs just 1,347kg! It’s limited to just 26 units worldwide, so it costs £1,200,000!
So, given we’ve got our hands on such a rare car, we wanted to put it up against some supercar royalty, starting with the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.
The GT3 RS is equipped with a 4-litre NA flat-six, and this creates 525hp and 465Nm. Power is sent to the rear via a 7-speed dual-clutch, and it tips the scales at 1,450kg.
Should the Gunther Werks defeat the GT3 RS, we’ll bring in a Huracán Performante. This comes with a 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10, and it puts down 640hp and 600Nm. However, unlike the F26, it comes with all-wheel drive! It’s still heavier, mind, coming in at 1,482kg.
Should the F26 beat the Huracan, we have another contender waiting in the wings… But you’ll need to keep watching to see what it is!

00:37Now it should do well. It's got a 4 litre flat 6 twin turbocharged engine which is actually based on

00:43but it's been so heavily modified you wouldn't believe it.
00:461067 horsepower, driving the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox.
00:51No launch control, it's me doing it myself.
00:53Now this car weighs in at 1.3 tonnes because it's got so much carbon fibre on it.
00:57The bodywork, the interior and loads of the bits inside it just like CNC aluminium.
01:02It feels glorious, it feels minimalist but also luxurious at the same time.
01:07The seats are incredible. I love this car already and I can't wait to drive it.
01:11Now the Porsche 911 919 GT3 RS, it has a 4 litre flat 6 natural aspirated engine with 525 horsepower,
01:18driving the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox with launch control.
01:22Weighs a bit more than this Gunther Works, it's about 1.4 tonnes.

17:29Gear shifts on that, there's just no letter being taught, you've got the electric motors just keeping the performance coming,
17:34but I wasn't miles behind.
17:35I mean, this car is complicated, right? There's a lot going on and it has a lot to think about
17:40when it launches, so sometimes it doesn't get the best hit, but there's no catching this over a quarter mile.
17:46Fair enough. Well, there we go. Let's check out the times.
17:50So then, what exactly happened? Well, the Rualto won. It completed the standing quarter mile in 10.2 seconds.
17:57The Gunther Works F26 just beat the Huracan, but both cars finished with a time of 10.5 seconds.
18:03And the GT3 RS was last. It crossed the line in 10.9 seconds.
