00:05rolling out a massive red carpet for Kim Jong-un.
00:08And tonight we can tell you Kim Jong-un is staying in Russia.
00:12Another whole full day of events is scheduled.
00:15Highly unusual, and this includes witnessing Russian military drills.
00:19Putin, simply put, is all in on Kim.
00:21The two leaders we need to see the sights and sounds of Russia.
00:24Putin making it very clear today what Kim's visit is about.
00:30Justin, former Trump campaign attorney Sidney,
00:32before another televised hearing on the Fulton County case,
00:35which we'll begin in just hours from now.
00:37Ryan Goodman is with me tonight.
00:39So, Ryan, let's just start with this latest filing we're getting from Sidney Powell, right,
00:42asking a judge to dismiss the charges.
00:44Is there any chance she succeeds?
00:46No, she has a good argument, but she's not going to.
00:48Yes, we may be accessed the voting data machines, but we thought we had authorization.
00:53Okay, raise that as your defense, but they're not going to really get that.
00:56Yeah, the actual trial before that.
00:58Okay, so this comes in the context of this whole fight going on about when this is going to trial.
01:05And you've got, you know, obviously two people want to go fast,
01:09and everybody else doesn't, it seems.
01:11Not everybody, at least.
01:13President Trump and Mark Meadows have waived their right to a speedy trial.
01:16So, in other words, you know, Trump wants to put this off as long as possible.
01:19Fannie Willis, though, says she's ready to go for all 19,
01:21and she's ready to go in 40 days, if I have the math right.
01:25Right. So, does she get what she wants, or does all this get put off?
01:29And in the case of Trump, by quite a long time.
01:31I think they requested it.
01:32With Giuliani and Powell.
01:35Yeah, and it's actually a smart move for them to say,
01:37we waive a speedy trial, because she actually said to the judge,
01:41hey, wait a minute, you can't not put them all together.
01:44You have to put them all together, because otherwise,
01:45they're going to start invoking their speedy trial at different points,
01:47and it'll be a cascade, a speedy trial request,
01:50where they all get it in different periods.
01:52And we just don't know, as far as they can, what that is.
01:55Right.
01:56All right.
01:56Now, of course, we've got that televised hearing tomorrow.
02:00Judge could rule on the scheduling and the actual timing on this.
02:03There's another big issue, though, you're watching there?
02:05Yeah, it lasted in Fulton County State Court,
02:08and then later in time, the cases are removed to federal court.
02:12Doesn't that individual?
02:14And they didn't really have an answer.
02:16It's a really interesting question.
02:17It's complex, because this removal law, they should.
02:20He should say, I give you a week, you need it, and I was going to ask you.
02:22One other thing tonight, we've confirmed attorneys for Hunter Biden
02:24filed, I'm sorry, a civil lawsuit against a former Trump White House aide.
02:29They accuse him of basically getting, manipulating computer data,
02:34basically hacking into Hunter Biden's iPhone and who knows doing what to it,
02:41and securing a copy of the hard drive of the laptop.
02:43I guess the implication is that he went in and created all sorts of things
02:45that were on that laptop.
02:47That appears to be the implication of what they're saying.
02:50You've read the lawsuit.
02:51Is there anything there?
02:52Is his laptop?
02:53Even in the lawsuit.
02:54Right.
02:54And they could say, well, you, for years or more,
02:56you said it wasn't even your laptop.
02:57So how can you say we stole your laptop?
03:00But the one issue that he might have is the iPhone back argument there.
03:03We'll have to see if the allegation can be backed up,
03:05or maybe he was just engaging in.
03:07And if he did anything, right?
03:09I mean, that's the implication that they're making.
03:11The inference, right, is that there was stuff done.
03:13But that doesn't necessarily come from hacking.
03:15Right.
