00:23want to go back to college right and I think so this is part of the reason and the NCAA

00:28like that class shouldn't have gotten an extra year like because they went through their entire
00:34college careers and through the spring thinking they were done and that they were planning for
00:38life after so again I would if I'm on an NFL you know at camp trying to make an NFL
00:45roster that's
00:46my life that's my priority my whole goal all this these years is to get to the NFL but they're
00:51all
00:51thinking I can make more money in college and that is probably true for people who are maybe fringe to
00:58make an NFL roster you know some of the other players who come back are guys that again you
01:03know probably don't love exactly what their pro prospects are in basketball there's like a couple
01:07of players that came back to Indiana they had like really late season injuries so they didn't really
01:12have time to like ramp up for the combine or like try to work out for teams and have a
01:18shot at the NFL
01:18right now so it they're like oh this is great timing for me to come back to college for another
01:22year
01:23so again a lot of it has to you would never have people making this decision in an era where
01:28athletes
01:28didn't get paid right but we all know that you know these athletes can certainly make more or if
01:35not the same probably more by coming back and and kind of boosting you know again we're talking about
01:40some of these teams that want to contend for the college football playoff so that's the driving
01:44force this would never have happened you know in 2018.
