00:34But the walkers and or the empties and or the dead ones are now an afterthought on The Walking Dead.

00:47Hope everyone's doing well and getting through this pandemic, pandemic, and then going to what they're doing for The Walking
00:54Dead
00:55and The Walking Dead Universe for Fear the Walking Dead and everything else attending into the spinoff series.
01:00Yes, The Walking Dead as a whole, the walkers or the empties or whatever you want to call them in
01:07each world
01:08or each part of The Walking Dead Universe has become an afterthought.
01:12They use them only as cannon fodder as they do now as Threatened Ned, a.k.a. Paolo, in the
01:18last Fear the Walking Dead episode
01:20and he ended up dying and that's what Dakota Mariella said as she is Jenny's daughter, not sister.
01:27And then they were going through that whole spiel with Elisha and, of course, they were doing the same thing
01:33with Hope and Iris on World Beyond and then, of course, they were doing the same thing with Maggie and
01:39the rest of the group
01:40when they came back from the series finale finale and they're going forward into the next couple episodes as a
01:47teaser.
01:47I'm going to be breaking all of that down with the teasers.
01:50Maybe not Fear the Walking Dead so much.
01:52I'll get to as much as I possibly can, but it is with the news being a little bit slow.
01:57It's hard to go over that when they're not using that as part of the deep cut for the cannon
02:02anyway.
02:03Those cannon proofs aren't materialized yet and they just don't have enough.
02:07They just don't have enough ideas or enough planning to go with that because, again, the writing on Fear the
02:13Walking Dead
02:13is piss-poor and subpar, World Beyond is pretty decent, and the writing's a little bit sketchy.
02:20Get it? Sketchy writing.
02:22And on the Walking Dead main show, they have a big hill to climb, but they're trying to do things
02:28the right way
02:29as in part of Hilltop Reborn, so there's different things going on.
02:33And I'm sure when we get to the Daryl and Carol series that I announced too early and way too
02:38early
02:39and we know that they were supposed to survive, leave, and come back, that kind of overthrotted
02:45what they were doing with how the Walkers have become a giant afterthought.
02:49They really put in too much of the distinct parts of the trash point, but it's also used
02:57as a bottom feeding below blast point and they just needed something there to figure that
03:02the Walkers were being a bigger threat than they really were, but the Zombies on the show
03:07are supposed to be the instant threat of the Zombies being on the show, if you know what
03:12I mean.
03:13They go overly too much.
03:15Now that the characters are speaking in tongues, basically, they're using that as also cannon
03:21fodder, and we already have enough of that on the show, but they are being overlapped.
03:26The Walkers, aka the Empties, the Dead Ones, the Rotters, they are the Sickos, or whatever
03:33you want to call them and being used as a part of a zombie term, have been an afterthought.
03:38I kind of did a poll on Instagram slash Twitter and there was other things and discussions this
03:43week on social media that people have thought the Walkers are now just the afterthought.
03:48They're no longer the humongous threat.
03:50But people have always been more of the threat, but the idea of having a zombie-like type show
03:56or a post-apocalyptic type show is what you're doing with those said characters when dealing
04:03with the zombie.
04:04Not really like Zombieland in the comedy way, but it's more like a sub-serious way when
04:10people's lives are at stake every second on every show.
04:14So, it's not really a threat because they know what they're doing, but they also don't
04:19know what they're doing.
04:20They're trying to pretty much use that undertone as just sub-art cannon and they're not really
04:26getting anything accomplished.
04:27That's why the Walkers have been even more of a down view because they need the Walkers
04:33in order to have a Walking Dead show.
04:36So, there's other things going on again on social media.
04:40We're talking about how fear has gone way too out of its realm, which I think it has.
04:45The world beyond people are giving a chance, but not a big one.
04:49And then the main show proper is what everybody wants to see because we've waited so long to
04:54get it back.
04:55We've had like a one-off mini-movie series and it was supposed to be like an hour and
04:5922 minutes and it really got chopped down to an hour and 10 with all the sub-commercials
05:04or the AMC Plus platform being is what it is.
05:08But that is another idea that they had that they were trying to use over into the movies
05:14because the Rick movies have been underway for a while.
05:18Announced, you know, two years later, we're still getting them, but it's going to be time
05:22because of the pandemic that we're all kind of going through right now.
05:26So, it is what it is, but it's also something that they can't delegate later on.
05:31They were trying to make everything too over the top with that and sort of the characters
05:36and completely forgot about the walkers and what the walkers were doing and how they were
05:41going to get that mess out.
05:43Now that people are trying to get mass weapons, molasses, sugar, other things that they need
05:48to be involved with, trying to rescue people on the main show proper.
05:53They're trying to get a bigger idea done with Hope Topper Born and that's going to be part
05:58of a mass weapon too because Maggie's still going to be a heel villain wherever you look
06:02at it.
06:03Negan's going to be on the outside kind of looking in and then with, again, World Beyond,
06:09that whole show is now a mass weapon to what the kids are doing to try to get to New
06:13York.
06:14They're more of a threat base now because they're new.
06:18The other shows are not and then the future spinoffs or anthology won't be either, but
06:24now that the walkers have been sort of contained into this storbit unit, they can't really do
06:32anything about having this as a back teaser because it's not what the canon proof is really
06:38about.
06:38So, the walkers have been underutilized as a part of big time.
06:42They haven't used them as much as they should since probably like season seven of the main
06:48show proper.
06:49Season four of Fear was here and there.
06:53The other seasons weren't really that up tuned.
06:56And then, of course, World Beyond, they're just restarting that whole idea from the CRM's
07:01point of view.
07:02They're trying to get it into what Negan's point of view will be on the main show proper,
07:08Jenny's point of view on Fear the Walking Dead, and also the other side of the special,
07:11Morgan's point of view because he's going to be the driving force with the other bigger
07:16main player characters like Dwight who's worked with Morgan way in the past before.
07:21He knows what's up and then they're all going to get on the same page eventually for Fear
07:25the Walking Dead, hopefully.
07:27But the walkers, aka the empties, the dead ones, the zombies have been an afterthought.
07:33It's been an idea.
07:34It's been an issue for a long time.
07:36They haven't really gotten to use them in the right proper way.
07:40There's a lot of loopholes and plot holes that they go through too much of.
07:45They kind of just tread water on that a little bit too much and they don't use them properly
07:49enough.
07:50The bad villains are not using the umpteenth to their advantage and they don't get very
07:55far.
