00:01Everyone wants power, but we all know there isn't enough to go around.
00:05Imagine if you lived on an island secluded from everything but others like yourself.

00:18Welcome everyone to Nations.
00:21And in this video, I'm going to tell you the story of how we formed Minecraft's deadliest empire.
00:28And who would be more perfect to team with than some of the deadliest players that I know?
00:33But before we get to the team, I need to tell you what this event even is.
00:36You see, Nations is an experiment where 100 players from different islands have the power to do anything.
00:42And in past seasons, there's been world wars as well as world peace.
00:45But this time around, I want to eliminate every other nation to officially become the deadliest empire.
00:51And when I first logged on, I was quickly geared up by my fellow nation members.
00:54Nothing has happened yet really, Raspland.

01:02The desert island was harsh.
01:04And I got to work on expanding our farm since that was the only source of food we had.
01:08The other two islands, plains and snow, were filled with resources.
01:11And if we wanted to stand a chance for war, then we'd need to prepare as much as possible.
01:15And as I was farming, our nation held a leader election.
01:18Whoever won would get a crown granting 10 extra hearts.
01:21And although we had several good candidates, it was none other than Clown Pierce who won.
01:25In past seasons, I've both teamed up with him and fought him, but I know one thing is for certain.
01:30He will definitely make use of the extra health from the crown.
01:32And it's a good thing elections just finished because we found something suspicious around our base.

03:11The first blood of nations did not sit well with the Snow Nation, and we got word that their team
03:15wanted revenge.
03:16But for now, we were just glad that we had no more intruders, and it was around this time that
03:20we also had our first interaction with the Plains Nation.
03:23And luckily, it was a more peaceful start.
03:25Because our leader, Minitech, proposed a trade for allyship in exchange for mushrooms, which we needed because we could use
03:31them to make mushroom stew a great food source for battle.
03:34Can they agree to give us red mushrooms for us housing him?
03:37If he isn't lying, we're in a good position.

05:54And finally, it was then that we discovered something that would change everything.
06:03Whether or not this was the truth, it didn't really matter.
06:06The idea of betrayal was always possible.
06:08After all, Desert does have some of the strongest fighters out of all of the nations,
06:13so it wasn't out of the picture that planes would turn on us soon.
06:15However, we still had Snow to worry about first, so we kept our thoughts hidden for now.
06:19In order to keep tension low, we decided to let these players go.
06:23But right after doing so, Snow announced that they were at our capital,
06:26about to burn everything down.
06:28Raspun, they've destroyed your farm or it's over.

06:33We were officially at war.
06:35And while the destruction of our base may seem bad,
06:37we already took our valuables and put them in our inventories,
06:40so we had no reason to go back.
06:41And in fact, Clown had a genius strategy in mind.
