00:15A dozen state attorneys generals sued in July to block the merger on antitrust grounds.
00:20Paramount has received required federal and global regulatory approvals,
00:24but agreed to delay closing until as late as June 2027 while the case goes to trial.
00:30The company said the delay could trigger up to $650 million in payments to WBD shareholders
