Samantha Smith was on holiday with her family in Portugal, playing a game of football where she filmed a video of dad asking for the ball from her daughter.
She happily does so, before her dad kicks the ball back towards her.
In a stroke of bad luck, the ball accidentally hits their daughter on the head.
