Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar faced an unexpected moment as a section of the young crowd began chanting “Modi Modi” when he arrived on stage to address the gathering.
Instead of being rattled, Shivakumar responded with a witty remark, saying that even Prime Minister Narendra Modi is chanting “DK DK,” so there was no reason for the crowd to worry.
His quick and humorous response changed the atmosphere almost instantly, with the crowd later responding with loud “DK DK” chants.
