00:11pub on Aldridge Road after taking the application to appeal when Warsaw Council failed to issue
00:17a decision within the required timescale. Although the inspector accepted the scheme
00:22would create new jobs and deliver environmental benefits, it was ruled to be inappropriate
00:28development in the greenbelt. It is the second time the proposal has been rejected, leaving the future
00:34of the site uncertain and the supermarket's plans once again in doubt after another
00:40unsuccessful attempt to win approval for the development.
