00:00Truth is something which human being cannot put on the hold actually.
00:04It attracts the person always.
00:05So how do you see this relationship between the being and the truth with respect to your book?
00:10The search for truth is very misplaced right from the beginning.
00:17Searching for truth is like darkness searching for light.
00:23And if darkness searches for light, its primary concern would be self-preserve.
00:30I want to remain who I am.
00:32I also want to know the truth.
00:35So what Vedanta would say is that the search for truth itself is a futile endeavor.
00:41You can come to something, declare it as truth, but that would be another form of falseness.
00:46What is needed is that we search wholeheartedly for the false.
00:50And in looking for falseness, one sees it is only truth that inspires and empowers and encourages one sufficiently enough
01:00to face what is false.
