00:00We have some capital now, but we're going to be raising quite a bit more capital.
00:05As Jensen said, each gigawatt costs $50 to $60 billion to build out.
00:10And we're talking about, in the United States alone, we're going to need over 70 gigawatts of power to fuel

00:18And then you add up everything else around the world, it's going to be an enormous financial.
00:24It has to flow through the American capital markets because this is the biggest source of capital.
00:30But the other angle that I think this is so important that we must also understand, there is quite a
00:36bit of negativity around AI and data centers right now.
00:39But let's be clear, this is going to be creating a huge amount of jobs.
00:45You think about it, even 100 megawatts of a data center requires as much as 3 million hours of workers.
00:53And so this should be looked upon as a great growth opportunity for the United States.
01:00Furthering growth elsewhere in the world, and most importantly, we need to raise this money as fast as possible and
01:06put this to work.
01:09Because I think it's really imperative that the United States is the leader in AI in the world.
