00:06I'm not going to be on here probably quite as much the next couple of weeks because I've got to
00:12have an operation.
00:13I've got a benign tumour just in my jaw here below my ear, another little tiny one above it. I'm
00:22very grateful they're benign but they do need to come out because they want a nerve.
00:29So I'm going to have that surgery and then I'm going to be resting to get better before Christmas. I'm
00:37not very good at resting so wondering how that's going to go.
00:41So I'm feeling okay about it. I'm going into the operation feeling good and well. I'm going to catch up
00:48on lots of TV when I'm out the other side of it.
00:51The podcast will carry on as normal. I'll be doing all the regular stuff. I've banked a load of good
00:56episodes so that will still be rolling out and I'll see you soon.
