00:06say that I'm not going to be on here probably quite as much the next couple of weeks because

00:12I've got to have an operation. I've got a benign tumour just in my jaw here below my

00:19ear, another little tiny one above it. I'm very grateful they're benign but they do need

00:25to come out because they want a nerve. So I'm going to have that surgery and then I'm

00:33going to be resting to get better before Christmas. I'm not very good at resting so wondering

00:40how that's going to go. I'm feeling okay about it, I'm going into the operation feeling good

00:45and well. I'm going to catch up on lots of TV when I'm out the other side of it. The

00:52podcast will carry on as normal, I'll be doing all the regular stuff. I've banked a load

00:56of good episodes so that will still be rolling out and I'll see you soon.
