Lorna Kapunan presented acknowledgment receipts from the Office of the Vice President (OVP) bearing names similar to the surnames of several senators, including “Beth Revilla,” “Clarisse Hontiveros,” “Jose Diokno Jr.,” “Diane Maple Lapid,” and “John A. Lapid.”  COA-ICFAO State Auditor Xylene Del Campo said they did not verify the identities behind the names, explaining that their audit was limited to checking whether the liquidation documents complied with the joint circular.
