00:59but she's also going to be talking to us all about the cooking that she's been doing, Rani's recipes.

03:07of Hello. Hello Rosie. So I'm just going to explain what this is. I found this in my youngest daughter's
03:15dressing up. California. Hello and more California. So many Americans. Hello. Ah, hello Christian. Now
03:24this I found it in my daughter's room. This is from when she was about three and I just thought
03:30that this looked really good. And then she said, mum, why are you wearing it? But it's one of those
03:36slap bands. This is so bizarre. So I'm now going to put it back on as a bracelet. But I

03:44Keith would like it because Keith has the most eclectic taste. He loves, he loves 80s films. He
03:51loves the Lost Boys. He loves Star Wars. He makes the most incredible things. So we're going to talk
03:58to him about all of that. All of his crafting of course as well. And we're going to, let me

04:02see if he's there yet. We will be talking, we've just been texting each other. So I know he's on
04:07his
04:07way because he was just texting me. If not, we'll go, we'll go to Anita first maybe because I know

04:17about that. Also we'll ask him about Celeb Juice, Celebrity Juice, because it's all changed there,
04:24uh, with Holly leaving. I think that was quite a sudden decision. And, um, uh, I love that.
04:30Christine says, The Lost Boys is an absolute classic. Oh yes, it is. I have to tell you about
04:34The Lost Boys. When I watched that film, it, it absolutely terrified me. And I, and the only person
04:41I know that was so scared by it that, that every single time I think of it, I remember that
04:48night
04:48where I was, I found myself screaming. But anyway, we'll talk about all of that. We'll talk about all
04:52of the 80s films. We'll talk about Star Wars. We'll talk about his style, all the stuff that he's been
04:57making. I mean, he's been making the most incredible things, uh, during lockdown as well. So see, there we

11:03listen, let's talk about your new show, please, because I think it is fantastic. Thanks very
11:09much. Yeah, it's a bit of a gear change for me because obviously Celebrity Juice is very
11:15rude and now I'm doing this family show, but it's something that I'm really into. As you
11:19know, I'm into crafting and art and stuff. So it was nice to sit down and watch it with
11:25the family and not go, don't listen, you can't listen to this. Because it was all nice and
11:30lovely. And yeah, I really enjoyed doing it. It was with Anna Richardson from Naked Attraction.
11:35So you can imagine some of the off-camera chats that me and her have.
11:40I can just about imagine. Mostly about smells.
11:44Yes, I can imagine. I can imagine. I love the way that you always get yourself into trouble.
11:48So on the one show, they were telling you to, you know, everybody, they always think, I know
11:53you, you know, in real life and you are genuinely one of the kindest, loveliest people, but you
12:01won't like me saying that because you get very embarrassed.
12:04Look, look, I did it. He's got a hair.
12:07I'm just a normal dude with eccentric clothes.
12:10No, you're not. You're lovely. Okay, so right, this new show. So people who haven't seen it,
12:15tell them about it.
12:16It's called The Fantastical Factory of Curious Craft. It's very, a very Willy Wonka-esque.
12:22That's Willy Wonka. And basically, I own the factory. We are four crafters. I challenge them
12:29to do a craft. And then a celebrity comes in in the second round and challenges them to do a
12:34craft.
12:35And then the celebrity chooses the winning craft and takes that craft home.
12:39Oh, it's fantastic. And you, but you also make loads of stuff yourself, don't you? I mean,
12:44you, apart from what you're wearing.
12:46Well, do you know what? This is what happens. Anna goes back to her dressing room and does
12:51tarot card reading and I stay on set and make what they're making.
12:57Really?
12:58Yeah, because I'm saying, oh, I could do this challenge. And they go, and then the producers
13:01will go, will you, can we film you doing it? I said, yeah, but I can't craft and talk at
13:05the
13:05same time. And when I was on the one show, they wanted me to do some crafting, but it
13:09would have literally been me doing this.
13:15All right. Because I can't, I can't, I get so absorbed when I'm crafting. And that's why
13:21I think it's a lovely thing, because if you've got any problems or anything, it's good for
13:25well-being because you just get absorbed in what you're doing. You have a pile of nothing
13:29and then at the end of it, you've created something and you just go, wow, look what I've just
13:33made. I've got a life-size Howard the Duck.
13:36You have?
13:37Yeah, because I made it.
13:39You, but you, that's what I said, because you can make anything. And do you think that
13:42that's, all of that has helped you through the lockdown? Because you've been showing on
13:47your, on your brilliant, I love your Instagram and I love your YouTube, as you know, as well.
13:52Um, your doings, your Keith Lemon doings. Keith Lemon's doings. But on all of that, you've
13:59shown so many amazing things that you've made. Well, I didn't have a YouTube channel and I
14:06never had time to do one, but it's the perfect time to do one. And, um, it was so nice
14:11because
14:11a lot of people have been really kind and said, oh, you put a smile on my face. So I
14:15feel
14:15like compelled that I've got to do a video every day, even if it's one of those boring box
14:20opening things, which is so boring watching someone open a box, isn't it? You know?
14:26But I did one the other day and, um, but I cut away to, um, some action figures, have
14:33a conversation whilst I, I said, it's so boring watching me. Let's cut away to Pharrell
14:39doing his chat show because I've got a little Pharrell ball. And he did a chat show and he
14:42interviewed Steven Spielberg because they've got Steven Spielberg doll as well. And they
14:46have a chat and then it comes back, I've opened it and gone, look what I've got. I've got
14:49this, but opening stuff, you don't watch that, do you? But yeah, I put a lot of, um, me making
14:55things on there as well. Yeah. But again, it helps promote the craft show, which is on
14:59channel 4 at 8, 8pm on Sunday.
15:02Keep talking about it. Yeah, absolutely keep talking about it. But your YouTube channel
15:07as well, because you've been thinking about that for a while. Um, and, and then suddenly
15:11this just made sense because you're doing what you want to do and what you love doing.
15:16It's weird because I don't know, like when we go back to real life, what it's going to
15:20be like working in telly when I've been making my own TV and have no producers telling me
15:25what to do or what guests that we have to have on the show. Because on YouTube, I can
15:30have whoever I want on, who I know and stuff. So that's been lovely, like chatting to people
15:36like Claire Sweeney. I often talk about Claire Sweeney quite a lot. And, um, I don't know, sometimes
15:42they go, no, you can't have Claire Sweeney on. And I go, yeah, but she's a fantastical
15:46concept. Isn't she a great concept? Just the idea of Claire Sweeney. I love Claire Sweeney.
15:52As a concept?
15:54Yeah, she's a concept.
15:55You know you think of her as a concept?
15:56I think she does. Yeah, because, you know, remember she had an album out. She had an album
16:00out. She used to be in Brookside and she's an actress and she does theatre. She's a fantastic
16:05concept.
16:06Oh, I'm sure she's going to love the fact that you call her a concept.

16:11No, not at all. It's great. But also loads of stuff. People want to know about Celeb Juice.
16:17So you did it at home. I have to say I loved it. I loved the home version.
16:22I loved doing it. It was so intimate. It felt like a private party. It didn't feel like I
16:27was doing Celebrity Juice. It felt like when I have one of my soirees. But I was by myself.
16:34And normally I've got a producer in my ear. And that producer is normally Holly's husband.
16:39But because Holly was using that signal, I couldn't have Dan in my ear. So I was by
16:46myself, apart from the director that was telling me what was coming up next. So it was a different
16:51experience. But I think the team did a great job making it look like a real program.
16:57And I'd watched a lot of lockdown shows. And I just thought a lot of it was people in
17:02front of computers. And I just thought, I've got to give it welly. And I just thought, I
17:06said, I'm going to go tenfold. And you cut it out when I've gone too far. So yeah, I
17:11was tired afterwards.
17:13I'm not surprised, but I loved it. I have to say, I sort of loved it even more. You know
17:17how much I enjoy the show. But I sort of loved it even more. And I got the feeling that
17:21you were enjoying it more than usual.
17:24I did really enjoy it. And then it took me two minutes to get home because I was in my
17:28garden. And then I just walked to the house. And the last week or the week before, it was
17:36my birthday when I was doing it. So you go, lockdown, what am I going to do on my birthday?
17:39I'm doing Celebrity Juice. So it's like a little party anyway. And then Matt Goss got really drunk.
17:45And he FaceTimed me straight afterwards. And he said, I'm so drunk. I'm so drunk. I think
17:49I got naked. I went, you did get naked. You did.
17:52But he had something. He had a sock, didn't he?
17:54Yeah, he covered his particles with a sock. Yeah. Particle sounds like a small thing.
18:00No, but that's not this guy.
18:01He covered his faculties.
18:03Faculties, yes. Okay, we'll speak to that. He'll be very happy with that, I'm sure.

20:45I was in my loft looking through VHSs, sweating, sweating.

20:53But I did find loads of videos of me at school, which is so weird.

21:01Not really, because my school was just nuts, and they let you do whatever you want anyway.

21:15And you could do lessons if you wanted to, or not do lessons if you didn't want to.

21:26So we used to go into the forest and just make zombie films.
21:31And I guess that was my first sort of, ooh, I like doing this.

21:39And I've got on video me having a conversation with my teacher and her saying,

21:47And me all, like, this big, going, why not?

33:41And as soon as the lockdown sort of happened, I looked at my husband and went,

33:50And then I got, like, just the response has been amazing.
33:53And I thought, well, why not?
33:54Why not share the recipes that I grew up eating, the food that my mum cooked for me
33:58and my grandmother cooked for me, and, like, just proper home-style Punjabi cooking,
34:03all Indian, because I figured that's the stuff that, you know, I can tell people about.
34:07And I'm just, I'm really enjoying it.
34:09And people are actually making my food, Gabby.

34:35So, Countryfile is essential viewing.
34:37The One Show is essential viewing.
34:38So, I'm doing lots of bits and pieces for them.
34:40Although, everything has to be done in a completely new way.
34:43We're not allowed big crews.
34:45The first Countryfile I filmed, because we've changed the way Countryfile is filmed now,
34:49each presenter has to film in their, like, patch.
34:52So, I filmed in East London, where I live, in Hackney,
34:55which is probably the least Countryfile location ever in the history of Countryfile.
34:59But there are some beautiful green spaces here, too.
35:01So, I got out with a cameraman that did all that.
35:04And, yeah.
35:04And the One Show, I'll tell you what I did for the One Show, which is amazing.
35:07It hasn't gone out yet.
35:08I went to the Tower of London and interviewed the Beefeaters who are on lockdown within the Tower.
35:15So, there are 45 Beefeaters.
35:17There are 100 people who live within the walls of the Tower of London,
35:22including some soldiers who obviously look after the crown jewels.
35:25So, I was allowed in and met the person who looks after the ravens
35:29and makes sure they're fed and watered.
35:32And every ceremony that takes place within the Tower of London is still happening every day.
35:37What, even in lockdown?
35:39Even in lockdown.
35:40And I asked the Beefeater if he's just put his, you know, uniform on for us.
35:43And ordinarily, he's just in his trackies like everybody else.
35:46But, nope.
35:46They wear their uniform every single day, even in lockdown.
35:49Wow.
35:50I remember, I was very lucky to go there for a charity event.
35:53And it was late at night.
35:54And they have their own pub in there.
35:56Did you go to the pub?
35:57No.
35:58No.
35:58What?
35:59They've got their own pub.
36:00It's like a pub, club.
36:01I suppose that won't be open at the moment.
36:03But it must be extraordinary to film where you are, right?
36:09You say around Hackney.
36:10Because you're looking at it in a completely different way now.
36:14But hasn't the world changed?
36:16Yeah.
36:16I mean, we've changed.
36:17But London has just become like a quiet village.
36:20Certainly where I am.
36:21I mean, I always say East London is like a little village anyway.
36:23But they were just, you can hear the birds.
36:26Yes.
36:27Throughout during the day.
36:28Wildlife.
36:29It's just beautiful.
36:31I mean, don't get me wrong.
36:32I love London.
36:32And I can't wait for us to get back to some sort of normality.
36:36So that people can just get back into the rhythm of things.
36:38But I'm really appreciating just nature at the minute.
36:42And I think we all should.
36:43You know, it's really good for our well-being to just get out there.
36:45You know I love to exercise.
36:46I know you're a nature lover as well.
36:48Your Instagram posts, Gabby, are always blooming amazing.
36:51It's always just leaping.
36:53I just, you know what?
36:54I agree with you.
36:55I think trying to get out there.
36:56And I know not everybody can.
36:58But trying to get out into a green space or just a bit of space.
37:01And I'm a Londoner as well.
37:03But also this time, a lot of it has made lots of people think very differently about themselves.
37:11And about exercising.
37:12And about looking after themselves.
37:14But you've always been that.
37:16And for everything I've ever seen you do for the years that I've been watching you, because you know I'm
37:20a massive fan of yours.
37:21I think you're a fantastic presenter.
37:23And the very first time we met, I said that to your face and you got all embarrassed.
37:29But you have this great outlook on life.
37:31You have an incredibly positive outlook on life, don't you?
37:35I think you've got to.
37:36I mean, I do cry myself to sleep every night on my giant pillow.
37:41But I think you've got to, haven't you?
37:42We've only got two choices.
37:44And I guess, like you, when we interview people, and I'm really lucky.
37:48I've been blessed to have an amazing career where I've traveled the world and met people in some of the
37:52hardest situations in the world.
37:55You have to take what you can.
37:57You've just got to see the world positively.
37:59And, you know, I've met people in some diabolical places.
38:03And their outlook on life is to be admired and wondered at.
38:07And I just think we humans, we can thrive in any situation.
38:12And look at us now, how quickly we've all adapted.
38:14I don't know about you, but I don't know.
38:16I'm just kind of in the rhythm of it.
38:18It's strange.
38:20And I'm missing my family.
38:21And I know there's people in much worse situations.
38:23But we have all, we're all just getting on with it, aren't we?
38:26Because, and we've got used to it.
38:27And I think that's remarkable about humans.
38:31But, yeah, I think positivity, it comes from my mum.
38:34She's ridiculously positive.
38:35Like, she's the person who I'll phone up and say, I've had a bad day, mum.
38:38And she'll go, no, you haven't.
38:39You haven't.
38:40You've had a great day.
38:41Keep your smile.
38:42Oh, how wonderful.
38:44What a wonderful thing to have.
38:45So, was she always very supportive of you going into this industry?
38:49Yes.
38:50Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
38:50Mum was.
38:51I mean, she's kind of stars in her eyes.
38:54She wants to be a Bollywood actor.
38:55So, she, Gabby, grew up in India and always wanted to learn how to ballroom dance.
39:01Got married to my dad, moved to Bradford.
39:03That didn't happen.
39:03He took a dance pub.
39:05And then, can you imagine when I did Strictly?
39:07Oh.
39:09She was in tears.
39:10She was in bits every week.
39:11Because that was her dream.
39:12She'd watch Angela Rippon in the original series, who she's obsessed with still.
39:17And, obviously, we all are obsessed with Angela Rippon, because she's amazing.
39:20And she just wanted to be in those ballgowns.
39:22And then, to watch her little girl dance on Strictly was like...
39:25Did you love it?
39:26It looked like, I mean, you're smiling now.
39:28It looked like you smiled throughout.
39:31Would you do it?
39:32Never, ever.
39:33I've never...
39:34I watch it all the time.
39:35I would never do it.
39:36I've always...
39:37They've asked, and I've said, no, absolutely.
39:39I'm too self-conscious.
39:40But you just looked like you loved every minute.
39:43It is absolutely terrifying, right?
39:46It's the most terrifying thing I've done.
39:48It's also magical.
39:49It's also dreamy.
39:51And, like, when you're on that...
39:52I mean, it's so hard.
39:54I can't even tell you.
39:55You're in this weird bubble.
39:56But I will always have those 90-minute videos of me doing that.
40:01And it's like, wow, that actually happened in my life.
40:03It's like a dream now.
40:04But, yeah, it was great.

40:07Because a lot of people say it actually changed their life.
40:10Yeah, I mean, I guess, you know, you're in people's living rooms, aren't you?
40:13And the nation loves Strictly so much.
40:16And people kind of really backed me.
40:19They got behind me.
40:20It's like this nobody thought I was able to do anything.
40:22And then all of a sudden I was in the semifinals.
40:24And that's because people just sort of championed me.
40:26And I felt like I was being carried on a wave of positivity and love from the public,
40:32even though I wasn't the best dancer.
40:33And I was never going to be the best dancer.
40:35But I wet my little socks off.
40:37But I guess that's what changes.
40:40But otherwise, you know, I'm one of those people who I love my job, do my job.
40:45And then I just come home, come back to my kitchen and start cooking.
40:48Which now I'm going to see, it's real.

41:35No one knows about it.
41:37No one's talked about it.

41:39But what made it amazing for me was the reaction off the back of it.
41:43So many people got in touch to say, how did we not know this?
41:48And it started conversations within families and children asking their parents and grandparents
41:53about their time in India and Pakistan.
41:55And it just opened a whole dialogue.
41:57And I think when you make TV shows and that happens, I mean, that is amazing.
42:02It's kind of making my unwaxed hair stand up, Gabby.
42:06I've not been a beautician in weeks.

42:15So obviously through Countryfile, but the other shows that we've seen and the plastic.
42:19And you've made a lot of people even more aware.
42:23I think the young are very aware.
42:25I think a lot of older people might not have been as aware.
42:30So those programs were also brilliant and perfectly pitched.

42:35War on Plastic.
42:36Amazing, amazing show with Hugh Fennell-Whitney-Store.
42:39I mean, absolutely loved it.
42:40And I think you're right.
42:40I think everybody watched Attenborough show us what plastic is doing to our oceans.
42:45And it was like a moment where the whole nation just went, what?
42:51Our plastic is doing this?
42:53And this kind of just took it a step further to say, what can we do about it?
42:57And the power is in our hands.
42:59So, you know, I'm not somebody who bangs on and like makes, I'm like kind of not a preacher.
43:04At least I hope I don't.
43:05I'm not.
43:05But I feel like there's little things that we can all do that just make a difference when it comes
43:11to sustainability.
43:12And I'm a big believer in supporting small local businesses as well,
43:16who are often thinking about sustainability more than big corporations.
43:20And I prefer to give my money to the little man than the big corporates.
43:23You know, don't get me wrong.
43:24My money gets spread out.
43:26The little money I have.
43:27But, you know, supporting local businesses, particularly right now,
43:30because they need all the help that they can get.

45:11And we put them in three at a time in a studio together.
45:14They've all parented each other's kids.
45:16And then they watch their children being parented by the other parents.
45:20And then they discuss why they choose to do things the way they do.
45:24So whether that's discipline, meal times, screen time, all the kind of really important stuff
45:30that parents just are constantly thinking about.
45:32And then the studio audience votes for who they think has the best style of parenting.

48:42So I've been thinking this week about Gabby's amazing guest, Keith and Anita.
48:46Keith, who I didn't know, but enjoyed sort of, well, I knew who he was, but I enjoyed like
48:50stalking his page.
48:50And Anita, who, as you know, I love.
48:52So I thought to myself, and I've made these for you before.
48:57I thought Keith Lemon and I thought Happiness Balls.
49:01So let me show you.
49:03Look at this.
49:04This is absolutely delicious.
49:05I know it might not look so delicious, but it's, come over here, Henry.
49:10It is Fairtrude cocoa powder.
49:13It is nut butter, a little bit of maple syrup, some coconut oil, a little bit of sea salt,
49:18just all melted and stirred together in a pan.
49:21And then you pour it in just like a Tupperware or a container, pop it in the fridge.
49:26Then Gabby, over here, Henry, you grab your chosen topping.
49:30So I've got some pistachio because it's bright green and vibrant, like Keith.
49:36And I've got a little bit of coconut as well, because I think you like coconut.
49:40And then I've made these like, yeah, two plates.
49:43There's the chopped bright green pistachios.
49:45Here's some coconut.
49:47You could do freeze dried raspberries, which I think sounds really fancy, but you can get
49:51them in all the shop.
49:53And then you just take your mix and it sets really quickly in the freezer or a bit slower
49:57in the fridge.
49:58And it feels like really nice feeling Play-Doh.
50:01Not that Play-Doh doesn't feel good.
50:03You make balls.
50:04However, whatever size Keith would want the balls to be.
50:09He will love that.
50:10Then we've gone straight to the double entendre about the size of Keith's balls.
50:14Yes.
50:16Because sometimes it's nice to have smaller balls because then you get to eat more of
50:19them as opposed to having large balls.
50:22And then they get quite rich and then you've had enough.
50:26Oh, no.
50:28But these are delicious because I have tasted them.
50:31You've made these for me before.
50:33I've put them into your show.
50:34Yeah, I've put them into your show because they're really good because they're vegan,
50:38they're gluten-free, they keep pretty well, they're lovely in a jar.
50:41So if you're visiting your dad or anyone's visiting at a safe social distance, any of
50:46their family dropping off food, it's a really, really nice thing to take.
50:49Okay.
50:50So now Henry has to do his taste test.
50:52Am I really eating these now?
50:54Yeah.
50:55Keith's balls.
50:55Okay.
50:56Yes, please.
50:57Coconut pistachio, sir.

51:12So we've got happy balls for Keith.
51:15So we always do a sweet and savoury, don't we, Gabby?
51:17Yeah.
51:17So we decided those were happiness balls for Keith and we'll put the recipe up later.
51:21And for Anita, I thought to myself, I know Anita loves the dham.
51:25She's got all her amazing hashtag Rani recipes.
51:27And I thought maybe with Anita's lovely recipes, I could provide a little snack beforehand that's very, very quick.
51:34So I've got my veg block this week, got my cucumber, I sliced them up, took all of three seconds.
51:41There they are.
51:42Also, I like to say, I always slice on the angle, because if you slice on the angle, you get
51:45more satisfactory.
51:46And I think it looks a bit prettier.
51:47I saw a fancy chef do that one day on Instagram and copied him.
51:51So there's sliced on the angle of the cucumber.
51:53I saw an angle.
51:54Slice on the angle.
51:55Slice on the angle, Gabby.
51:55Slice on the angle.
51:56Over here, please.
51:57Am I that stupid?
51:58I think I'm being stupid.
51:59I'm explaining it badly, obviously.
52:01So, all right, here we go.
52:02So say there's your cucumber.

52:04You slice it straight, like that.
52:07Ho-hum.
52:08But if you slice it sort of like this, like I've done here, on an angle, I think it looks
52:13prettier.
52:14Do you see what I mean?
52:15And you get a larger satisfaction.
52:17It's a chunk.
52:18It's a chunk, as opposed to just a mouthful.
52:20So there we go.
52:21That's for Anita.
52:23And then, Gabby, you and I were texting about two weeks ago, weren't we?
52:27And you said, what is this?
52:29And I found out, we worked out what it was.
52:32And we said it's Zartar.
52:34And if you don't know what Zartar is, please add it to your shopping list.
52:38Will you explain what it is, Gabby?
52:39Because you ordered it.
52:41Yes, well, I ordered it because I saw a recipe.
52:43And so did my cousin.
52:46Bizarrely, separately from one another.
52:47And then we were having those sort of bizarre conversations you have in lockdown with my wonderful cousin, Tash.
52:53And I said, I've got this herb.
52:55I don't know what to do with it.
52:56And she said, that is so weird.
52:57We became hysterical.
52:59And I knew you'd have the answer.
53:01Because I didn't know what recipe I'd seen on Instagram that I needed it for.
53:05And neither did she.
53:07So it's Zartar.
53:08It's Zartar or Zartar, we could say.
53:10So it's a beautiful mix.
53:12It can change.
53:13But it's oregano and all thyme.
53:15Oregano and thyme and some sesame seeds.
53:17And it's beautiful.
53:19It smells lovely.
53:20It smells delicious.
53:21I thought I had some, but I obviously ran out.
53:23Anyway, for people that don't have it, you can, if you've got any dried or fresh oregano, I've got some
53:28mint and oregano in here.
53:30So basically, I thought to myself, what could I advise Gabby and her cousin to do?
53:34And I said, why don't you whip your feta?
53:37It's a bit of a funny show, these snacks today, isn't it?
53:40Keep on whipping your feta.
53:42There we go.
53:43There we go.
53:44So I've just put a little bit of feta cheese in here.
53:47I've put a little bit of yogurt.
53:49It's a little bit chunky.
53:50I'm going to add some more yogurt.
53:52And what I'm going to do is make just a very quick dip.
53:54You know I love my dips, because I think when you've got a good dip, you can get people to
53:58eat anything.
53:59I'm obviously not whipping.
54:00I just want to ask you how you actually whip your feta.
54:04Well, do you know what, Gabby?
54:06I'm a little bit tired, because it's Friday.
54:08I could just do this, but I'm being a bit lazy.
54:12And I'm just sort of just mushing it with my fork.
54:15Okay, okay.
54:16But if you, if, you know, when we're on the other side of this and people are coming around,
54:20I would say get it super smooth by whisking or blending.
54:25I just couldn't be bothered to wash the blender right now.
54:27And I knew you'd understand, Gabby.
54:29So I've just got my fork out.
54:30It's a bit more chunky.
54:31Then get some really nice olive oil.
54:34That can go in.
54:35And it's sort of just this lovely dip.
54:37You can grate a bit of garlic in.
54:38I'm going to put a bit of mint, a bit of oregano.
54:42Guys, if you've got thyme or roast meat at home, Gabby's got zartar.
54:46Let's all get some zartar.
54:48Salt and pepper.
54:49It smells amazing.
54:51You could squeeze some lemon in there.
54:53And then all you do...
54:54I know we're running out of time.
54:56No, but I love this.
54:58This is exactly my sort of thing.
55:00These are all my flavours and just so fresh.
55:03So fresh.
55:04And I know Anita would love it too.
55:07And you can also do this.
55:08Like, basically, we're using the cucumber as like a little blini base.
55:11Remember last week we did blinis?
55:13Doesn't that feel like three seconds ago that we did the blinis?
55:15That was a whole week ago.
55:17And I swear it went like that.
55:19It was about two days.
55:20Two minutes ago.
55:21So I'm being a little bit messy.
55:23But you see how much you make.
55:24And what's amazing is...
55:26I'll just finish off here.
55:29You can do this with rabbit.
55:31Carrot.
55:31But I really love cucumber.
55:33I love it.
55:36Cucumber's one of those things that everybody likes.
55:38Man, woman, child, everybody.
55:41You can then get fancy, put a bit more olive oil on top.
55:44And then chilli, if you like.
55:47Maybe one more sprinkle of za'atar.
55:50Can you see that, guys?
55:51Oh, perfect.
55:52I'm going to actually make that now.
55:55I really, really am.

56:20So any of our vegan friends out there, I will write up something that you could do with cashew nuts
56:26or any other nut and make that same lovely creamy richness.
56:29But if you can get your hands on some lovely feta and yoghurt, it's amazing.
56:32Or just a bit of yoghurt even would be lovely.
56:34And then put whatever herbs you like.
56:36Za'atar.
56:36If you're like Gabby and you've got za'atar, it's delicious.
56:39So use it.
56:40It's really, really lovely.
56:41Can I just tell you, somebody just said, Henry, Henry, Henry.
56:46They need one more little look at Henry.
56:48I think that's what they're looking for.
