00:31the nation's capital so that I can focus on the natural disaster that is affecting our long-suffering Colombian people.
00:37I have called an emergency meeting, a unified command center, at the offices of the National Unit for Disaster Risk
00:44Management in Bogota. I will be there with the entire team, making decisions and taking action.
