00:00Welcome back to The Coffee Lab, the series where I get my hands dirty so you don't have to.
00:04Today, I'm digging deep into the Mocha Master and getting to the bottom of your issues with this
00:08machine. One of you said the hot plate burns the coffee. You know what? I agree. I never actually
00:14use the hot plate feature on any of my coffee machines. To fix that issue, just get a thermal
00:19jug. Techniborm sells these for 83 euros, which is about $95. Some of you said the Mocha Master
00:24has horrible water distribution. To fix this, make sure all your coffee is flat in the filter
00:29basket and make sure it's all ground evenly. Everyone said too much plastic, and I also
00:35agree with you here too. If plastic is a deal breaker, check out the Simply Good Coffee Plastic
00:39Free Brewer. It's pricey and it's not actually plastic free, but it's got less plastic than
00:43the Mocha Master. Did I answer all of your questions? Of course, leave any more in the
00:47comments and be sure to stay tuned for more from The Coffee Lab.
