00:30the center's fence before coming to a stop after hitting a clump of banana trees. The impact caused
00:35part of a concrete wall to collapse, with debris striking the children. Most of the injured children
00:41suffered head injuries. There were 34 children at the center at the time of the incident. The 15
00:47injured children were taken to hospital for treatment, while the other 19 children were
00:52unharmed. Preliminary investigations indicated that the driver had a heart condition and
00:57may have lost consciousness before the vehicle veered into the center.
