00:00Hi guys, my name is Mikaela and I'm from Odyssey. Can I tell you, I watched the music video.
00:06Who does this? Don't be stupid. Don't be shy. It's me. I love it. It's so cute. It's so good.
00:15So obviously congratulations on Say It. Now as a millennial who grew up on pop music,
00:22just hearing the familiar, loveful, inspired vibes just made me feel so nostalgic.
00:27What drew you to that sound to have you make that uniquely part of Say It for At Heart?
00:35So first off, we're actually so happy and felt that kind of nostalgia from our music.
00:40And I think that that was exactly what we wanted to do. Bring that era of music and
00:45kind of that nostalgia back to right now. It's part of our time travel project.
00:51I love that so much because although I'm a millennial, I feel like millennial, Gen Z,
00:56we all kind of grabbed from each other. I love like Spice Girls and Destiny's Child.
01:02Who are some of your favorite girl groups that you felt inspired by growing up?
01:07We have two groups. Black Peaks and Destiny's Child.
01:13That's the reason why we all have the charm of the members of the group.
01:19I feel like we can't see each other as we can see each other as we can see each other.
01:24So I want to learn that.
01:26When you heard Say It for the first time, you knew that was going to be this song.
01:32Who did you call first?
01:34I think for me, I called my mom first.
01:37Just because she grew up listening and singing to Love Boat by the Cardigan.
01:42And she was really happy about it. And I think this goes for every single member
01:46because that song was very popular when our parents were our age.
01:51You guys are clearly far away from home, far away from your moms.
01:56What are some things that you do, traditions, meals that kind of make you feel like you're
02:02still experiencing a little bit of home?
02:24Well, being in a girl group, I think something that all women love is we feel so empowered and inspired.
02:32Like we can do anything. What are some things that you do for each other to keep this sisterhood strong
02:39so that the strength always begins at home with you guys?
02:42I think it's just communication and conversation overall.
02:46I think whenever we have, you know, whenever somebody looks like they're having a hard time
02:51and they're like going through something, I think we always try to help each other out.
02:55Just hyping each other up with how we look.
02:57And I think fashion is such a personal and way to express yourself.
03:03So we always like make sure we look each other's best.
03:07And while taking photos of each other, we're like,
03:10Yeah, you look great. Or you did awesome.
03:13That's so cute. Listen, Kate Beauty is all over the place.
03:18And even just the style is so cool. Speaking of fashion, what are like two trends,
03:25be it skincare or fashion that like you guys are absolutely doing this year?
03:51I'm writing it down as we speak. I'm going to taste the right thing.
03:55I'm writing it down as we speak. I'm going to taste the right thing.
03:56K-pop artists are really leaving legacies.
03:59What's something that you want your fans to know while you sort of built your own legacy?
04:12That gave me goosebumps. Just being fearless. I love that.
04:20Today is supposed to be the luckiest day, some people believe, of the whole year.
04:26And it's supposed to be the luckiest two weeks according to some who believe in astrology.
04:32Maybe in one word from you guys, what would you like to manifest?
04:45I'm sending you the good energy on that.
04:48Yeah, I think we want to grow more as a group and let out great music and kind of show
04:54ourselves more to
04:56all of our fans and to the audience. Look, you have to have all of you to make that one
05:00heartbeat.
05:01I think it's so special that you want to be known as fearless.
05:07So is there something that you as a group overcame maybe this year that you were sort of afraid of
05:14and you collectively were like, no, we're going to do it and you did it.
05:18I'm going to say that I'm going to say that.
05:21Because in fact, when I say that I'm going to say that I'm going to say that there's a lot
05:25of
05:32problems that we have to have.
05:33And I think that when I say that we have problems to achieve the challenge,
05:37I think that there's no problems that we can be able to escape from.
05:41So that I think we can have a lot of problems that we've taught from the debut.
05:46And that I think that there's a lot of commitment to everybody and the confidence that we've done.
05:49That's incredible. I think we all feel so inspired watching you.
05:54say it is the bop of the summer it's so good i'm not gonna stop doing this forever i love
06:01it
06:02well thank you for spending the luckiest day of the year with me we're so happy thank you
06:09bye
