00:34and let it cook a little bit.
00:35And then once the white starts to get cooked,
00:37I'm going to add a little bit of water
00:39so it steams.
00:40I don't want to do too much.
00:48And then it'll steam over the top of the egg.
00:50I like really crispy bacon,
00:53so I like to let mine cook for a bit.

01:49I'm going to toast up this bread
01:50and the extra bacon grease, actually.
01:54Let's put it on a hot pan.

02:00Now I'm going to put the egg and cheese.
02:02That got really gooey over here.
02:06Take my bacon.
02:12I'm going to put the egg and cheese in.
02:13Gooey, crunchy, bacon, yum.
02:17So I'm taking some spicy mayo.
02:20This is the trough spicy mayo,
02:22which has a really nice little truffle flavor in it.
02:24And then the trough hot sauce,
02:26and I'm going to mix those two
02:28because I want it extra spicy.
02:31Oh yeah.

02:32I'm going in.
02:39My key for this one is
02:41a little bit of water in the pan
02:43when you're cooking the egg
02:44just to kind of steam it over
02:45before you flip it.
02:46Melt the cheese over the egg in the pan
02:48before you transfer the cheese and egg
02:50onto your English muffin or bread.
02:53And get some spicy mayo
02:55and some hot sauce on the side
02:57before dipping.
02:58You will not be sorry.
