EU discusses extra financial support for Spain after record Ceuta migrant surge

The European Commission is discussing with Spanish officials fresh financial support to potentially bolster border force and humanitarian assistance as the city of Ceuta grapples with the aftermath of an unprecedented surge of migrant arrivals.
