Body camera footage released by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office shows the arrest of Bryce Swanson, a 28-year-old Canadian woman, following a traffic stop in Tampa, Florida. Deputies stopped the rental vehicle after noticing faulty taillights and tag lights. During questioning, Swanson claimed, "I live in New York," adding, "I'm here in Florida literally just visiting friends and stuff right now." When asked about identification, she later admitted, "I've never had a driver's license or anything like that." A deputy questioned her account, saying, "Your story's not making a lot of sense to me, right? You say you live in New York, but you don't have any ID in New York." After searching the vehicle, deputies allegedly discovered 12 identification cards featuring Swanson's photograph but different names and birth dates. Reacting to the find, one deputy said, "All these are fake." Authorities allege Swanson initially provided a false identity, overstayed her U.S. visa, and was arrested on charges including driving without a valid license and providing false information to law enforcement.

00:02The reason I stopped you for two reasons, okay?
00:04Okay.
00:04One, your taillights aren't on, so it's completely dark back there.
00:07Oh, I'm so sorry about that.
00:09Yeah, and the second reason, your tag lights are out, so you have no light over your license plate.
00:13Okay, you got your license on you, ma'am?
00:14I don't.
00:15Honestly, my boyfriend is supposed to meet me over there, and he's supposed to come get the car for me.
