Sen. Loren Legarda has joined fellow lawmakers in calling for the immediate lifting of the temporary restraining order (TRO) that suspended the implementation of the ₱85 daily minimum wage increase in Metro Manila.

Legarda said the daily needs of more than 1.1 million workers cannot be put on hold while legal proceedings continue, urging the immediate enforcement of Wage Order No. NCR-27.
