00:00This is an in-country repatriation, which is a direct repatriation flight from out of that country
00:06from open carrier space at commercial flights or chartered and red-border repatriation.
00:12Itatawid po natin sila. Say for example, in Kuwait, inawid po natin yung 50,
00:16papunta po ng Riyadh. And then from Riyadh, binok po natin.
00:20Ano naman ang challenge doon? Of course, exit and entry visas.
00:26Because they have to go to another country, kinakailangan i-recognize sila
00:31na galing sila sa kapila, yun ang entry visa.
00:34Pag-alist pa pa nila, they have to do the exit visa.
00:37So yun po ang nabaho ng ating migrant workers' offices.
00:40Apart from providing them the right information, guidance, hotel, accommodation, and everything,
00:47patunay pa rin po ang ating numbers for the repatriation.
00:51Last but not the least, yung pag-uwi na na pa-uwi natin ng Riyadh.
00:55What do we need to intervene? What do we need to do to make their lives livable?
01:01Kasi siyempre, wala na itong nabaho yan eh.
01:04So number one, alternative livelihood.
01:08Nandyan po yung katuwang natin. We have some partnerships with, for example, DPI,
01:13na magpibigay po ng kapital sa kanila.
01:16And we also partnered with other LGUs.
01:20Yung convergence natin is nandyan, so we can refer them for local employment.
01:25And if they need to go abroad again, nandyan po ang ating jump fairs, no?
01:33Meron pa tayo sa Pantapondo?
01:35Yeah, very good point po. And you're in the right direction, no?
01:38Kapital na nilang budget.
01:40As we speak, the Action Fund, which is for assistance of our OFWs,
01:46we have 2 billion action fund.
01:49Sa O-11, which is a large agency naman,
01:52meron po kami kaya tawag na ERF,
01:54or the Emergency Repatriation Fund, which is 1.5 billion.
01:59But it's already March, no? So nagastos na po natin ipa dyan.
02:02And first quarter is done.
02:03So we're looking at the second, third, and fourth quarter.
02:06At yung repatriation nila will be enough, no?
02:10So yun po yung ating pinakakataan.
02:16So
02:17whatever.
02:24So
