TUCP Party-list lambasts Tolentino over P85 Metro Manila minimum wage hike

The Trade Union Congress of the Philippines (TUCP) Party-list rebuked Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary Francisco "Tol" Tolentino on Tuesday, June 30 for describing as "historic" the P85 minimum wage increase for Metro Manila workers.

According to TUCP, calling the increase as such is grossly inadequate in the face of the collapse in workers' purchasing power. (via Ellson Quismorio | MB)
