00:03I think there are too many things, but one of the things is to open a new chapter, seeing the
00:14potential of our fans and all the people on this amazing country that is USA, during the World Cup.
00:22I think it's an amazing opportunity to be involved and to be part of, to create,
00:27evolve and to develop an amazing new cycle of four years, and I think that is an important thing is
00:38to
00:38feel that we can be part of, to help and to grow in the direction that the vision of the
00:49Federation have.
00:50Well, I think we were talking a lot in the last few weeks, and of course the first
00:57us, in between us, the coaching staff, to try to open a new chapter and not to be a continuation
01:05of what happened in the last 18, 19 months that we were working and we were only with the
01:11objective to arrive in the best conditions of the World Cup.
01:13Now the approach is going to be different and must be different because it's a four-year
01:21cycle.
01:23It's a, it's a project that is about to establish and to settle different principles.
01:32And I think all this time from finish the World Cup until today, I think we were talking a lot
01:40about the board and the whole organization of the Federation and to try to settle new principles
01:47and to approach in different ways and to build what we want.
01:52The vision from, of course, from the Federation is very clear and very exciting.
01:59And I think to be part of them and to offer, to be part of this project for us was
02:08key.
02:09And to work with us and to be a partner is going to be an amazing situation.
02:15Yeah.
02:15During the process, I think we met a number of players, I think more than 70 players.
02:24And I think we have the talent and, but also we are seeing that start to appear new talented
02:33players, 16, 17, 18, 19 year old, you know, young kid that with the possibility and potential,
02:43you know, to be important player in the next World Cup.
02:45And I think it's, yes, what we are seeing is an amazing, amazing potential.
02:54MLS clubs are working really, really well.
02:57They're all coaches, organization, you know, I think also it's a thing that we were seeing.
03:05And I think we need to congratulate the people because they are doing a fantastic job, but also
03:10the vision of the people, the people that work in the Federation from the top to the bottom,
03:19the people that they are investing in soccer in USA, people that is in behind the scenes,
03:27but also a step up and start to, you know, to show their love for that sport.
03:34And I think it's an amazing, you know, mix about to, you know, to, to, to be very optimistic
03:42with the future.
03:44And of course, being part of that for us is an honor.
03:48Well, I think it's to work together the journey.
03:51I think we build an amazing relationship in between the people.
03:57And of course, in between us, but the thing is, is I cannot tell one.
04:04I think it's everything.
04:05It's everything is excited to be part of this new four year, you know, project.
04:12But again, no, thinking in the next World Cup, we know very well that we need to work a lot.
04:19And we need to, they're going to be up and downs during that process.
04:23But I think we are very confident that we can start from zero, from today, creating new challenge,
04:35creating new approach in everything, not only on the pitch, if not of the field.
04:41And I think it's a, I think it's a great opportunity for us.
04:45I am so grateful.
04:46We are so grateful, all the coaching staff, so grateful for that opportunity again,
04:51and to trust in us from, from the Federation, from Sydney, JT, and Dan.
04:56And of course, from the people that is in behind, to the organization.
05:01And I wanted to say thank you and to trust in us.
05:04I think every single area needs to believe that can create a big impact on the, on the field.
05:10After because the most important is the, is the, is the result and the, on the end and the, and
05:17the performance.
05:19It's important after our experience is to create another project, another idea of a different philosophy.
05:29with some similitude, you know, in terms of culture.
05:34But I think it's important that we need to, first of us, that we need to, that we were assessing
05:41us and, and try to, to provide a different way to see the things to the Federation.
05:47But I think it's, in every single area, we need to translate that idea that the impact is, is so
05:58important for us.
05:59Every single area to have a real impact on the performance of the, of the, of the player.
06:06Yes, talking in, in a professional side, we are so excited, we were talking.
06:11But now in another area that also is important for us.
06:14I think was, after the World Cup, we feel really sad.
06:19When we travel to Europe, like it was, you know, to finish that relationship.
06:24And we start to feel empty.
06:27It's true that it's a good point also, because we really love the culture of USA.
06:33Of course, the music, the people, we feel really very welcome.
06:40We, we, we feel the, the love from the people.
06:46You are amazing people, you know, it's an amazing country with different type of culture during the same, you know,
06:53in that big country.
06:56But I think we, we adapt very well and, and we were missing in the last few weeks.
07:02The, the possibility to share, you know, all these type of things.
07:07It's true that I was using, I was a little bit melancholic and we, I was, I was listening a
07:14lot of country music.
07:15And, but, but the thing is, no, it's a, I think we match, you know, with our way to behave,
07:24how we are, our personality and character with the, with you guys.
07:28And, and I think, so we are so excited also to, to share with the people, with the fans, because
07:35we really appreciate the way that people treat us there.
07:38Yeah, connection is, is, is, is, is key and it's really important for us.
07:42And it's true that before to start the World Cup, the feeling were different, but during the World Cup, the
07:48connection was amazing.
07:50We were, we were seeing, we saw what the people is capable to, you know, to, to create.
07:58Uh, I think soccer can be, uh, one of the best, uh, or the principal sport in, in USA too,
08:07not only in the rest of the world.
08:09And people were so excited what they, they were seeing on the, on the field.
08:14And I think we create a very good connection.
08:17That is why for me is, is so important to start that process in Orlando, in St. Louis, Arizona or
08:25Minnesota.
08:25Um, every time that we will have the, we will have the possibility to play the national team, the, you
08:32know, to perform and to play on, in our country.
08:35Um, for sure we are going to have the support and, and not only because it was the World Cup,
08:41but now in every not official game,
08:43or even if official game, National League or Gold Cup or Copa America until the World Cup, we need to,
08:50to build that connection again.
08:53And, and to keep, you know, in this way, because that is very powerful.
