00:12regeneration partnership. The long-term vision includes around 8,000 new homes and 1,000 new
00:19jobs over the next 20 years. The public bodies say they will work together to improve transport
00:25links, unlock investment and guide development across the largely industrial Riverside site.
00:31Council leaders say the partnership will help deliver sustainable growth and greater confidence
00:36for investors. Funding arrangements have not yet been announced. Planning work and public consultation
00:43continue.
