00:06University of Leeds, which is seeking planning permission to create an exotic green space at
00:11its Woodhouse Lane campus. Talks have been held with the City Council over the proposal,
00:17which seeks to provide a high-quality environment that supports teaching and scientific study,
00:23while offering accessible green space for students, staff, visitors and the wider public.
00:28The University said the planned garden was part of its Campus Reimagined scheme of improvements over
00:35the next 15 years. It is set to include botanical plant collections, a glass house,
00:41outdoor teaching spaces and walking routes.
