03:40Just a short story, no.
03:42Simula ng 2017, during my first pageant, I won as Ginoong Palakaibigan sa Ginoong Bicolandia.
03:47Fast forward to my present or my most recent pageant, I won as Mr. Friendship and then Mr. Congeniality.
03:54So, naubos ko na yung mga titles ng Mr. Friendship.
03:57Puro Friendship pa!
03:58Yes po.
03:58That's why, sabi ko, what if mag-join ako sa mismong pageant ng Friendship?
04:02Kaya yun, pinaka-inspirasyon ko talaga yun.

04:10Sa kay Henrich naman, ano yung advocacy mo joining in this competition?
04:16I have passion po that I've been doing before pageantry and that is fitness po.
04:20Since in our generation, we are pabaya po sa ating sarili and according to PRDR or the
04:26Philippine Renal Disease Registry, mas bata at patpambata po ang mga nagkakasakit ng CKD, diabetes, and
04:33I would like to take this opportunity to say that we all start our fitness journey because
04:39fitness isn't expensive and you just wear your shoes and you run anywhere and you'll be fit.
04:45Kahit indoor, pwede mag-exercise.
04:47Yes po, and being fit po means that you're able to do things and you're more able to achieve
04:53your dreams in life.
04:53Si Mr. Sebukaya, ano naman ang advocacy mo?
04:57My advocacy is unity.
05:01Joining Mr. Friendship, it inspired me to promote unity.
05:08Lalo na sa panahon na yun na lahat, nagkakagera, and friendship should be a bridge for genuine
05:16connections.

05:19So, sa mga preparations yun naman, ano naman yung lesson or important lesson na natutunan
05:24nyo along the way?
05:25JN, yes.
05:27For me, proper discipline of course because you have to be disciplined enough to continue,
05:33especially yung mga preparation na ginagawa namin.
05:35It's not easy mentally, physically, emotionally po.
05:39And you will be in front of a lot of people and representing my province.
05:44Of course, dala ko yung buong probinsya ko dito.
05:46Kaya yun yung pinaka-challenge on how I will represent properly my own province.

05:50I wonder, how do you foster friendship among the other candidates?
05:55Ano ba yung mga activities na meron kayo dito sa competition na ito?
05:58Yung mga taga-international community natin?
06:01For me po, it's just really being genuine and being yourself.
06:04I feel like I've gained new brothers here at the competition.
06:07And I'm gonna be leaving with a lot of memories.
06:10And for me, I'm so happy to have this opportunity.

06:14So, for me po, it's actually our first time meeting each other.
06:18And everybody's just so light and natural.
06:20So, I think that we ourselves naturally embody the spirit of friendship because it's so evident
06:26that despite that this is the first time we're seeing each other, we have that bond already.

06:35Ano naman yung message nyo to other probably gentlemen watching us na gusto rin pasukin yung ganito nga pageant?
