Ceuta trying to regain calm and return to normality 'with caution'

Ceuta's annual festivities in honour of its patron saint, the Virgin of Africa, were cancelled on Saturday as the city grappled with the aftermath of the migration crisis. After more than 24 hours of lockdown, shops and restaurants have cautiously reopened.
