00:02we're going to be using a free website that I created called QR code gadget.com.
00:07Now I created QR code gadget.com because I wanted to be able to recommend a
00:10site that does not require you to upload files to a server.
00:13It's also very privacy oriented.
00:15So anything you make on here will be very private.
00:18So check the description of a link down there.
00:20But once you get to QR code gadget.com, scroll down,
00:23select QR code generator.
00:25And then we have several different templates depending on what your QR code
00:29is for.
00:30So if it's for a URL or a wifi network or even email address,
00:33you could select those or you could just select text.
00:36I'm going to do a URL.
00:37So select the text box,
00:38type the URL that you want the QR code to go to,
00:41and then just select generate QR code from there.
00:44You'll see the QR code and you can download it as an image PNG or an SVG.
00:50So from here,
00:50I'm going to download it as a PNG and then select download.
00:54Then I can go to my downloads down here and select downloads and I can see it
00:58right here where I can open it up.
01:00I can also select the little scan feature and then it will show me the QR code
01:05contents and I can open it up so that I know it works.
01:08And if I want to save this as a photo or share it,
01:10I can select the share icon right there and then I can save it to my images or
01:14share it in a text or on a web.
