00:00What do you know about the world of investing, of ETFs, of, again, of financial innovation today
00:05might have been useful 25 years ago when you were really ramping up?
00:10Well, I mean, I think that I go back to the constant learning of, you know, how behaviors
00:16and emotions really drive outcome. And I wish, you know, I'd learned that earlier. I wish I'd
00:22kind of been exposed to it. I think the most important thing, though, is it is this idea of
00:26how do we help truly solve problems along the journey of a customer? How do we put the customer
00:33and their moment of need at any point, whether they're 25, 45, 65, or 85, and ultimately help
00:41them with the types of services and solutions that drive that? If I had had that principle
00:46mindset 20 plus years ago, I think I would have built even more powerful businesses back then.
00:51It's really fun to do what we're doing, but I wish we had done this even earlier.
